Pricing Modifiers Header Limits and Line Limits
The ‘Header Limit’ form enables you to enter Header Level Limits for the Pricing Modifier.
Note – You can only add limits to existing modifier lists. They cannot be loaded at the same time as the modifier is created.
To open the ‘Pricing Modifiers Header Limits’ form:
• Position the cursor on the row where you want to enter the Pricing Modifier Information (below row 9), click on the ‘Forms’ icon and select ‘Pricing Modifiers Header Limits’.
• Or you can simply double-click on a Header Limit cell (below row 9).
To open the ‘Pricing Modifiers Line Limits’ form:
• Position the cursor on the row where you want to enter the Pricing Modifier information (below row 9), click on the ‘Forms’ icon and select ‘Pricing Modifiers Line Limits’ form.
• Or you can simply double click on a Header Limit cell (below row 9).
The following ‘Header Level Modifier Limits’ form will display:
• Enter the required fields which are shaded yellow. Enter any other details as required.
• Use the ‘up’ and ‘down arrows on the right-hand side of the form to navigate between Limit records in the worksheet. Where no other Limits exist for the selected modifier, the form will navigate to the next header Limit even if a blank line exists between the individual modifiers.
If you wish to insert an additional Limit and another modifier is in your worksheet, use the functionality of Excel to insert a new line into your worksheet, position your cursor on this limit and open the Limit form using the methods explained above.
• If working on Header Limits then the <<List Headers button will take you back to the Modifier Header form.
• If working on Line Limits then the <<List Lines button will take you back to the lines form.
• Select the ‘Ok’ button to close the form and write the information to the worksheet.
• Select the ‘Cancel’ button to disregard the entries made in the form and return to the worksheet.
Delete a Pricing Modifier Limit
If you need to delete a Pricing Limit for a Pricing Modifier Header or Line, simply download the existing Modifier, mark the checkbox ‘Delete Header/Line Limit’ on the form or enter ‘Yes’ directly into the worksheet.
Upload the Pricing Modifier in the normal way and the Pricing Limit will be removed from the Pricing Modifier Header or Line.
