The ‘Pricing Modifiers Header’ form will validate the information as it is being entered.
To open the ‘Pricing Modifier Header’ form, position the cursor on the row where you want to enter the Pricing Modifier information (below row 9). Click on the ‘Forms’ icon and select ‘Pricing Modifiers Header’.
Alternatively, you can simply double-click in any cell in the header section below row 9.
The following ‘Modifier Header’ form will display:
• Enter the required fields which are shaded yellow. Enter any other details as required.
• Use the ‘up’ and ‘down’ arrows on the right-hand side of the form to navigate between Pricing Modifier Header records in the worksheet. Where a new header is to be entered use this arrow to navigate to the end of the data. If you wish to insert a header between two existing records, use the functionality of Excel to insert new lines into your worksheet, position your cursor on this line and open the Header form using the methods explained above.
• The List Lines>> button will open a form and display the first Modifier Line for this Pricing Modifier Header.
• The Mod Qualifiers>> button will open a form and display the first Header Level Pricing Modifier Qualifier for this Pricing Modifier Header. This button will not appear if you do not have Header Qualifier columns in your worksheet.
• Select the ‘Ok’ button to close the form and write the information to the worksheet.
• Select the ‘Cancel’ button to disregard the entries made in the form and return to the worksheet.
The form functionality is very similar to that of the Oracle Form. Use the lists of values provided, or enter the values directly into the form. All of the More4apps Wizard forms function in the same way.
