Ribbons and Wizard Modes

 
There are three ribbons for Project Wizard, ‘Project Wizard – Setup’, ‘Project Wizard’ and Custom Query ribbons, and fourteen Wizard Modes that carry out functions only within the appropriate section(s) of your worksheet.  Only one of these fourteen Wizard Modes can be displayed at any one time.
 
The ‘Project Wizard – Setup’ ribbon is used to help set up the Wizard:
 
 
The ‘Project Wizard’ ribbon undertakes functions for the entire worksheet:
 
 
The ‘Custom Query’ ribbon is used to download records to Excel:
 
 
 
Wizard Modes:
 
     Assets
     Asset Assignments
     Billing Assignments
     Billing Overrides
     Cost Codes
     Deliverables
     Deliverable Actions
     Deliverable Assignments
     Planning Resources
     Program Links
     Tasks
     Task Progress
     Task Physical Percent Complete
     Transaction Controls
 
If another Wizard Mode is required from the one displayed when opening the Wizard, select from the ‘Wizard Mode’ icon the required option and the ‘Project Wizard’ ribbon will reset itself to provide you with the appropriate options.
 
 
You can also access the displayed ribbon(s) and Wizard Modes by clicking the right mouse button anywhere on the worksheet.

Note - The Project Wizard - Setup ribbon will not display if you have chosen ‘Hide at Start-up’ or ‘Hide permanently’ from the ‘Setup Visibility’ list of values as circled below:
