The following table provides a quick reference to the Project ‘Assets’ Wizard Mode and its functions.

Wizard Mode
|
This option enables the user to select the appropriate Wizard Mode if the one required is not displayed.
Once this is selected, the ribbon will reset itself to provide the appropriate icons.

Assets Form
|
A form to enter the Asset information will display.
If you use this form, you can make use of the ‘Lists of Values’ and other validation as you are entering data.
Double clicking in the worksheet in the ‘Assets’ section will give the same result.

Upload Selected Assets
|
The selected Assets (as indicated by the cursor) will be validated/loaded into Oracle Projects.
|
|
Upload all Assets for the Selected Project
|
All Assets for a selected project (that have not already been processed) will be validated/loaded into Oracle Projects.

Upload All Assets on the sheet
|
All Assets on the worksheet (that have not already been processed) will be validated/loaded into Oracle Projects.

Delete Selected Assets
|
This icon will enable you to delete Project Assets from Oracle Projects indicated by cursor position.
