The following table provides a quick reference to the ‘Program Links’ Wizard Mode and its functions.

Wizard Mode
|
This option enables the user to select the appropriate Wizard Mode if the one required is not displayed.
Once this is selected, the ribbon will reset itself to provide the appropriate icons.

Program Links
Form
|
A form to enter the Program Links information will display.
If you use this form, you can make use of the ‘Lists of Values’ and other validation as you are entering data.
Double clicking in the worksheet in the ‘Program Links’ section will give the same result.

Parent or Child Links
|
This option determines the direction of the Program Link:
· Show Child Links means the links shown belong to the Tasks of the selected Program.
· Show Parent Links means the Project on the sheet is a child of a program, and the Links shown are upwards to the indicated Program/Task.

Publish Workplan
|
There are three options available. Set the appropriate value from the LOVs before clicking the Upload button.
|
|
Upload Selected Program Links
|
The selected program links (as indicated by the cursor) will be validated/loaded into Oracle Projects.
|
|
Upload all Program Links for the Selected Project
|
All program links for a selected project (that have not already been processed) will be validated/loaded into Oracle Projects.

Upload All Program Links on the sheet
|
All Program Links in the worksheet (that have not already been processed) will be validated/loaded into Oracle Projects.

|
Delete Selected Program Links
|
This icon will enable you to delete Program Links from Oracle Projects indicated by cursor position.
