The following table provides a quick reference to the Project ‘Deliverable Actions’ Wizard Mode and its functions.

Description/Functionality
Wizard Mode
This option enables the user to select the appropriate Wizard Mode if the one required is not displayed.
Once this is selected, the ribbon will reset itself to provide the appropriate icons.
Deliverable Actions Form
A form to enter the Deliverable Actions information will display. If you use this form, you can make use of the ‘Lists of Values’ and other validation as you are entering data.
Double clicking in the worksheet in the ‘Deliverable Actions’ section will give the same result.
Upload Selected Deliverable Actions
The selected actions (as indicated by the cursor) will be validated/loaded into Oracle Projects.
Upload All Deliverable Actions for the Selected Project
All actions for a selected project (that have not already been processed) will be validated/loaded into Oracle Projects.
Upload All Deliverable Actions on the sheet
All actions on the worksheet (that have not already been processed) will be validated/loaded into Oracle Projects.
Delete Selected Deliverable Actions
This button will enable you to delete Deliverable Action(s) from Oracle Projectsindicated by cursor position.
