Overview – Steps to Loading Receipts

 
Once PO Receiving Wizard has been installed for your instance of Oracle Applications, the following steps outline the basic procedure for loading PO receipt information using PO Receiving Wizard.
 
Steps to Load PO Receipt Information:
 
1.      Open the workbook and Log in – Connect to your Oracle Applications instance.

2.      Customize your worksheet (select the relevant sections and fields).

3.      Create a new sheet by either:
 
Click the ‘New Sheet’ button on the PO Receiving Wizard ribbon which uses the ‘Template123’ worksheet to create the new sheet.
 
 
OR
 
Use the ‘Customize Fields’ button on the PO Receiving Wizard - Setup ribbon.

4.      Create the Transaction.

Refer to section:  Create Transactions
 
5.      Upload the Transaction.
Refer to section:  Upload Transactions
Refer to section:  Submit Concurrent Program
 
6.      Correct errors after uploading the Transaction.
This step is only required if there are errors.
