By using the Quotation Template worksheet, PO Wizard enables you toadd Lines and Price Breaks to existing Quotations using the ‘Process Option’ of ‘Update’.
The simplest way to do this is to download the Quotation using the Quotation Template worksheet (Refer to section:Download Purchase Orders), then enter details either directly into the worksheet or use the forms provided.

Important Notes - Price Breaks
It is important to note the following when creating Price Breaks:
•When new price break lines are created Oracle will delete all of the existing price breaks and insert the new ones. In effect the existing price breaks are deleted and the new ones inserted, therefore the existing price breaks need to be included in your worksheet.
•When a change of price is made at the line level then all price breaks will be deleted by Oracle.
