Billing Assignments can be downloaded, added, updated and deleted at both Project and Task level on Contract projects.
Because this functionality uses a private, rather than public API, it must be enabled using profile option ‘More4Apps: PW Enable Billing Assignments functionality’.
A form is available to help pick the Bill Extension name.
To view the Billing Assignment options, you will need to select ‘Billing Assignments’ from the ‘Wizard Mode’ list of values provided on the Project Wizard ribbon as per the screenshot below:
The ribbon will be reset to reflect the options available for Billing Assignments.
To enter Billing Assignment details, double click in the ‘Billing Assignments’ section of the worksheet below row 9 or click the ‘Forms’ icon and select ‘Billing Assignments Form’ from the Project Wizard ribbon:
The following form will display:
Choose a Billing Extension from the LOVs. Other information can be entered directly onto the worksheet.
