Place your cursor anywhere on a row (or multiple rows) containing the project(s) you wish to upload.
Make sure your cursor includes the first line of each project to be uploaded. Project Wizard looks through the worksheet only between the top and bottom of the range you have indicated. If you have selected a range and only included the first line of the last record to be uploaded, Project Wizard will continue past the end of the selected range if necessary, to complete the last record.
Choose the Create/Update option you wish to use from the Project Wizard ribbon e.g. ‘Create only’, ‘Update only’ or ‘Create & Update’.
(a)Upload Specific Section for a Selected Project (e.g. Task, Asset etc)
Choose the ‘Upload All XXXX for the Selected Project’ button on the ‘Project Wizard’ ribbon.

Important Note:There are thirteen ribbons which hold the above button. Depending on the data which is required to be uploaded will depend on which ribbon button is selected e.g. If you select the button on the ‘Tasks’ ribbon, ONLY the Tasks for the project selected will be uploaded.
(b)Upload Selected Project(s) – All Records
Choose the ‘Upload Selected Projects’ on the ‘Project Wizard’ ribbon.
Important Note: To upload all sections for a Project indicated by your cursor position or highlighted range, select the above button on the ‘Project Wizard’ ribbon.
However this will not upload the Asset or Asset Assignment records. This will have to be done using the ‘Asset’ and/or ‘Asset Assignment’ ribbons.
