Format Sheet

Initially ‘Template123’ will contain all columns available using the Wizard.  You can however modify this to create a customized sheet with a reduced number of columns displayed in the order that you prefer.

It is recommended however that you create your own templates using the Set up the Template functionality.  This provides for customized templates to be created.   Details of this functionality can be found in the Customize Fields section of this document.

To modify ‘Template123’, click the ‘Format Sheet’ icon to make the sheet available in your workbook.

You can subsequently alter the sheet and then click the ‘Format Sheet’ icon again, to make the sheet hidden.

Recommended - Save a copy of the workbook before modifying ‘Template123’.  This will enable you to go back to the full Template (if necessary).  Alternatively, you could download a new copy from the More4apps website.

Column Names in Row 9
The column names are stored in row 9.  These are fixed and cannot be changed.  Do NOT insert or delete ROWS before row 10. The case of the column name is not important but spelling is.  If you change the content of row 9 in any column, you have in effect deleted the column as far as the program is concerned.  You can however move the columns anywhere you like or even delete them.

Do Not Hide Columns

It is recommended that you do NOT HIDE any columns in your worksheet because when your worksheet is uploaded into Oracle the hidden columns will also be uploaded.

Changing the More4apps Logo

You can change the existing More4apps logo on the template so that new sheets created have your Company Logo automatically created.

To do this undertake the following:

1.    Unhide ‘Template123’ using the ‘Format Sheet’ icon on the ‘Price List Wizard – Setup’ ribbon.

2.    Delete the existing logo using Excel standard functionality.

3.    Insert a picture into the worksheet and name it ‘Customlogo’ and press ‘Enter’ (see screenshot below):

4.   Hide ‘Template123’ by clicking the ‘Format Sheet’ icon on the ‘Price List Wizard – Setup’ ribbon.

From this point on, all new sheets created using the ‘New Sheet’ button on the ‘Price List Wizard’ ribbon, will use the icon inserted above.
