Enter Price List Information

Price Lists consist of a header region where you can define general information such as effective dates and currency, and price list lines that define item and/or item category prices and attributes within the line items.

There are four ways to populate information in the worksheet:

a)     Import a file, type or paste data directly into the cells provided.  No validation is performed until you run the upload or open the Wizard data-entry forms.
b)     Use the data-entry forms (Price List, Secondary Price List, Price List Lines, Pricing Attribute, Price List Qualifiers and Price Breaks forms to enter the data into the worksheet.  Information is validated and lists of values are available.
All More4apps Wizard forms function in a similar way.  Click on the following link to navigate to Common User Instructions: Data Entry Forms
c)      Use either the ‘Download Form’, ‘Download using sheet data’ options to download existing Price List(s) and associated Price List details.  You can then use one of the methods above to update information prior to loading into Oracle.

d)     Use the ‘Custom Query’ functionality to run pre-defined queries created by their Administrator where they are assigned to the same Oracle Responsibility being used in the Wizard.

Note – The ‘Customer’ section is used purely for downloading.  Specifying a value in these columns and performing a ‘Download via sheet’ will download all price lists with this Customer Name/Customer Account Number.  When downloading via a Price List name this section will populate all Customer Name/Customer Account Number(s) that are on that price list.  If this section is not required it may be removed from the sheet/template.

The following functions are not currently supported:

Pricing Modifiers – This is provided in a separate product ‘Pricing Modifiers Wizard’.
