The Secondary Price List Form enables you to add a secondary price list for products which do not exist for the price list you are loading.
Secondary price lists can only be added to an existing price list and cannot be created at the same time as creating a new price list. You must therefore complete either of the following:
1.Download the existing Price List and add the secondary price list to the worksheet prior to uploading.
2.Create the new Price List with the secondary price list details included - The ‘Sec Price List Upload Results’ will show as an error after the record has been uploaded. You can then re-upload the record by removing the Accepted Status in the ‘Header Upload Results’ column. The ‘Header Upload Mode’ and ‘Line Upload Mode’ also needs to be changed to ‘Update’ as the Price List has already been created. The Wizard will then upload the secondary price list(s).
To open the ‘Secondary Price List’ form:
•Position the cursor on the row where the header details exist, click on the ‘Form’ icon and then select ‘Secondary Price List’ option.
•OR you can simply double-click on the row holding the price list header, in any cell in the ‘Sec Price Lists’ section.
The following form will display:
•Select the ‘Ok’ button to close the form and write the information to the worksheet.
•Select the ‘Cancel’ button to disregard the entries made in the form and return to the worksheet.
The form functionality is very similar to that of the Oracle Form. Use the lists of values provided, or enter the values directly into the form. All of the More4apps Wizard forms function in the same way. Refer toCommon User Instructions: Data Entry Formsfor more details.
Enter the required fields which are shaded yellow and any other details as required.
Modify an Existing Secondary Price List
You cannot modify an existing Secondary Price List, the Wizard will create a new secondary price list.
Delete a Secondary Price List
If you need to delete a Secondary Price List, simply select ‘Yes’ for the ‘Delete Secondary Price List’ option on the form, or alternatively put ‘Yes’ in the ‘’Delete Sec Price List’ column.
Upload the Price List in the normal way and the Secondary Price List will be removed from the Price List Header (Refer to section: Upload Price Lists).
