Submit the Batch Element Entry Concurrent Program

 
Once you have loaded your data and corrected any errors, you can submit the Batch Element Entry Concurrent Program by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button.
 
 
The following form will appear:
 
 
Select the relevant process mode and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
 
       Transfer Mode will attempt to import the Element Entries.  Any Element Entries that error will not be transferred and error messages will be available in the worksheet.
 
       Validate Mode will check the Element Entries to see if they are valid. No transactions will be imported but any errors will be available in the worksheet.
 
       Purge Mode will remove the entire batch from the Batch Element Entry Interface (regardless of whether you have transferred it or not).
 
Once the import has completed on the Concurrent Manager, you can check the status of the import by clicking on the 'Refresh’ button .
 
Successful records will be green with a status of Processed.  Unsuccessful records will be red with a status of Rejected.
 
After records have been transferred you can log directly into the Oracle Applications and check the element entries against the employee assignments (remember to use the appropriate effective date).
