Bill of Materials Wizard uses the standard Oracle Bill of Materials API to create the Bill of Materials and does not write to any other database objects.
A significant amount of validation is performed by the Bill of Materials Wizard during the upload process to prevent errors being loaded into Oracle. If any part of the Bill of Materials fails the Wizard validation or the Oracle Bill of Materials API validation, the Bill of Materials will not be loaded.
