Customize the Template Sheet (Optional)

 
Behind each Wizard is the ‘Template123’ worksheet which displays all the possible fields available to be used by the specific Wizard.  This Template can be modified, subject to the IMPORTANT NOTES section below.  The Template is usually hidden from view.
 
If you do wish to modify the ‘Template123’, click on the ‘Edit Template’ button on the ‘AR Receipt Wizard – Setup’ ribbon.
 
 
This sheet stores the current logo that is used by default in the Wizard templates but can be changed at the user’s discretion.
This is common to all of our tools.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
 
       Row 9 Field Names – As with all the Wizards, the column names are stored in row 9 of the Template and the Wizard worksheets.  These field names are used by the Wizard for processing the data so they are fixed and must not be changed by overtyping the value in the worksheet.  If you do change the contents of row 9 in this way, you have in effect deleted the column as far as the program is concerned.  Please see the Customize Fields section below for details of how to update these field names using a ‘Custom Label’.  This does not affect the Wizard’s functionality.
 
       Do NOT insert or delete rows before row 11.
 
       The case of the Field Names is not important but the spelling is.

The AR Receipt Wizard also supplies pre-formatted templates for each of the processing Modes i.e. Create, Apply, Unapply and Adjustment, plus an All Columns template.
 
These templates are used to create worksheets in the Wizard, when you select the ‘New Sheet’ option on the AR Receipt Wizard ribbon.
