Data Entry Forms

 
Each Wizard section contains a dynamic data entry form.  While use of this is not required, they can assist with ensuring valid data is populated in the sheet prior to upload.
 
To open these forms simply double-click on any cell below Row10 and the form for that section will be displayed.
 
Example Data Entry Form
 
In the above form example, the fields display the results of the Template configuration, namely:
 
        Mandatory fields are shaded yellow, optional fields are unshaded.
 
        Shortlist LOV's have a dropdown arrow at the end of the field and these lists are pre-populated when the form is opened.
 
        Longlist LOV's have a dropdown arrow and an ellipsis search button at the end of the field.  These lists are not pre-populated when the form is opened as users must search for values using the ellipsis button.
 
        Columns are ordered according to the template.
 
        Custom labels will be displayed (if set).
 
        Date fields are automatically assigned calendar buttons.
 
        Only fields set as 'Display' in the Template definition appear on the form.
 
        Read Only columns are unshaded but can't be selected.
