Enter Information into the Worksheet

 
Populate information into the worksheet using the following methods:
 
(a)      Use the ‘Custom Query’ ribbon to download existing records.  You can then overwrite values in the cells as applicable. You can use this as the basis for new records or to update existing records.

(b)      Import a file, type or paste data directly into the worksheet cells provided.
 
(c)       Each template contains dynamic forms for each section in the worksheet. If your System Administrator has also assigned List of Values (LOV's) to any columns these will appear in the forms. Simply double-click on a cell to open the corresponding data entry assistance form.
