The Site tab will display all of the existing sites in the worksheet as sub tabs. To add a new site to the supplier form, click on the tab as indicated below. You will then be able to enter details for the additional site and this will be inserted into the worksheet when you close the form by selecting the ‘Ok’ button.
If changing or creating site details an ‘Update Mode’ is required of either ‘Create’ or ‘Update’.
Use the scroll bar on the right-hand side of the form to access the fields not visible on the form.
Address Details - To enter or change the address details, select the ‘Maintain Address’ button as shown below.
This will provide you with the address form which allows you to change or enter the address details. Use the scroll bar to the right of the form to access all the fields.
Select Supplier Address – Oracle E-Business Suite allows you to allocate an existing address to multiple organizations. The ‘Select Supplier Address’ button is supplied to enable you to access an address which has been entered into Oracle but is not applied to the current site.
When you select this button, the following form will display. Select the down arrow on the form to display all addresses associated with this supplier.
Once the address is selected the address details will default. If the address details need to be changed, select ‘OK’ on this form, then select the ‘Maintain Address’ button.
