The Pricing Adjustments Mode enables the user to apply, update and delete Price Modifiers.
This mode replicates the functionality found in the Order and Line level Adjustment forms (Navigation: Actions – View Adjustments).
Automatic modifiers will display on download but cannot be applied or updated.
To add a price modifier at either Order or Line level use the Order/Line Adjustment Action of ‘Apply’.The ‘Order/line Adjustment ID’ is generated when the adjustment is created (Applied) and is used as the link when ‘Updating’ or ‘Deleting’ the adjustment.
The validation will prevent the user from performing inappropriate update and delete actions e.g. you cannot update an Automatic Adjustment.
During order creation (as long as the ‘Calculate Price Flag’ is not set to Freeze Price), the pricing engine generates the adjustments applicable to the Line.
As in EBS, Adjustments can only be performed on existing Sales Orders and lines.
