Overview – Steps to Loading Sales OrdersOnce Sales Order Wizard has been installed for your instance of Oracle Applications, the following steps outline the basic procedure for loading sales order information using Sales Order Wizard.
Steps to load Sales Order Information
1. Open the workbook and Login – Connect to your Oracle Applications instance.
Refer to section: Security
2. Set up the Worksheet.
This section contains a substantial amount of information about how to create a new template, customize the template including LOVs and defaults, set up Descriptive Flexfields, modify Templates and much more.
3. On the Sales Order Wizard ribbon click on the ‘New Sheet’ button (illustrated below):
![]() 4. Create and/or Update the Sales Order transactions.
5. Upload the transactions.
6. Correct errors after uploading the transactions.
This step is only required if there are errors.
The other Modes (Pricing Adjustments, Reservations and Sales Agreements) follow the same basic steps.
