Methods of Entering Data into the Worksheet

 
There are multiple ways to populate information in the worksheet:
 
·            Import, type or paste data directly into the cells provided.  No validation is performed until you run the validate or upload functions or open the Transaction, Lines, Sales Credits or Distributions form.
 
·            Use the ‘Transaction’ form to enter data into the header section; the ‘Lines’ form to enter data into the lines section; the ‘Sales Credits’ form to enter data into the Sales Credit section; the ‘Distributions’ form to enter data into the distributions section
 
·            All options are available on a ribbon.  Double-clicking in the worksheet loads the appropriate form for the selected Mode.  The form is optional and you can simply type, import, or paste the values into the worksheet.
 
·            You can upload records one at a time, or the entire contents of your worksheet.
 
·            Use the ‘Download Form’ or ‘Download from Sheet’ buttons to download existing transactions.  You can then change the data to create new transactions.
