To enter data into the ‘Transaction Attachments’ section, positionyour cursor in the ‘Transaction Attachments’ section of the worksheet on the row you wish to enter the data. Then double-click in one of the cells or alternatively click on the ‘Forms’ button on the ribbon and select ‘Transaction Attachments’ from the ‘Available Forms’ dropdown.
Attachments are in a separate form as the transaction needs to be created prior to the attachment for the Wizard to determine the transaction the attachment belongs to.
Attachments Form
This form records the Attach Sequence, Attach Title, Attach Category, Attach Description, Attach Data Type and Attach Content. The Attach Content window may change dependent on the Attach Data Type to enable entry of the correct type.
