Overview – Steps to Loading AR Invoices

 
The following steps outline the basic procedure for loading invoice information using AR Invoice API Wizard.  Note - This Wizard will only create new invoices and does not provide the facility to amend existing invoices as no public API's are available for this functionality.
 
Steps to load Invoice Information:
 
1.     Open the Wizard and Login – Connect to your Oracle Applications instance.

2.     Set up the Template (select the relevant sections and fields).

3.     Click on the ‘New Sheet’ button.
This can be found on the ‘AR Invoice API Wizard’ Ribbon.
 
 
4.     Create the Invoice information.

5.     Check for errors prior to uploading the Invoices.
Note – this separate step is optional as full validation occurs during the upload phase.

6.     Upload the Invoices.
