Modify a Template

Project Wizard has 17 worksheet templates already configured for you.  To view these templates click on the ‘Edit Template’ button from the Project Wizard - Setup ribbon.

This will create 17 additional tabs on your worksheet for each template as detailed in Choose an Existing Template.
Note - Each template tab will have TMPLT added to the template name described in this section. (e.g. TMPLTTasks)

You can modify these templates and save the worksheet.  Any new worksheets created using a template will have the modified format.

Change the More4apps Logo

You can change the existing More4apps logo on the template so that new sheets created have your Company Logo automatically created.

To do this undertake the following:

1.    Unhide ‘Template123’ by clicking the ‘Edit Template’ button on the ‘Project Wizard - Setup’ ribbon.

2.    Delete the existing logo using Excel standard functionality.

3.   Insert a picture into the worksheet and name it ‘CustomLogo’ and press ‘Enter’ (see screenshot below):

4.   Hide ‘Template123’ using the ‘Edit Template’ button on the ‘Project Wizard – Setup’ ribbon.

From this point on, all new sheets created using the ‘New Sheet’ button on the ‘Project Wizard’ ribbon will use the icon inserted above.

This section is common to all of our tools.  Click on this link to navigate to Common User Instructions:  Customize the Template Sheet.
Note - This section refers to ‘Template123’ as most of our Wizards only have one standard template available.  Project Wizard has 17 templates, as listed in the section ‘Choose an Existing Worksheet Template’, so instead of showing ‘Template123’ it will show the 17 templates available.
