The worksheet is divided into sections. The section headings can be found in Row 8 of the worksheet.
Each section corresponds to information held about a Pricing Modifier in Oracle E-Business Suite. The first section of the worksheet is the ‘Upload Results’ section, these are used to track the progress of the records as they upload into Oracle E-Business Suite and report an error. The warning/error messages are written into the ‘Upload Message’ column.
Pricing Modifiers Wizard also contains the following sections:
Header Details - Defines general information such as effective dates and currency.
Header Pricing Qualifiers - Setup header level qualification information for the modifier list.
Header Limits - Enter the header pricing limits.
Modifier List Lines - Enter the modifier lines in this section.
Line DFF’s - Enter the descriptive flexfields for the line record (if appropriate).
Pricing Attributes - Enter the pricing attribute for the line item.
Line Pricing Qualifiers - Enter header level qualification information for the modifier list.
Price Breaks - Enter the pricing breaks for the line item.
Line Exclusions - Enter items to exclude from the modifier.
Line Limits - Enter the line pricing limits.
Get Items - Enter the items the customer will get when buying the original product.
Get Item DFF’s - Enter the descriptive flexfields for the Get record (if appropriate).
Buy Items - Enter any additional products that the customer must buy in addition to the original product.
Buy Item DFF’s - Enter the descriptive flexfields for the Buy record (if appropriate).
The column names are stored in row 9. These are fixed and cannot be changed. Do NOT insert or delete rows before row 10. The case of the names is not important but spelling is. If you change the contents of row 9 in any column, you have in effect deleted the column as far as the program is concerned. You can move the columns anywhere you like, hide, or even delete them.
You can use row 7 for default values. The cells available for defaulting are colored orange. If you don’t have a value on the spreadsheet for the row you are processing, the Wizard will take the default value and use it instead.
Information for one Pricing Modifier may be over several rows within the worksheet. The Pricing Modifier header information will be on the first row. Then each section will start on the first row and continue down for as many rows as required.

Default Values
The Pricing Modifiers Wizard also provides you with the ability to enter default values in row 7 of the worksheet. These values will be used to supplement the data already entered into your worksheet and would enable you to apply the same value to multiple pricing modifiers. For more details on this functionality go to the Default Values section.
