Show or Hide Error Messages in Pop-up Window

When validating and uploading, all error messages and warnings will be written to the worksheet for you to review after the selected process has completed.

The ‘Validation Messages’ button on the ribbon allows you to select whether the user wants to additionally display error messages in a separate message box.

The icon on the ribbon is grey when the option is set to hide pop-up Error Messages.  This is useful when there is a large number of transactions to load and the user doesn’t want any pop-up windows interrupting the process.

The icon on the ribbon is shaded when the option is set to display pop-up messages.

When displaying validation messages, a separate pop-up box will appear similar to the example below:

Click ‘No’ and the processing will continue without displaying each error message subsequently found in a new pop-up window.  Regardless of what option is chosen, the error messages are written to the worksheet to review after the upload process.

Clicking ‘Cancel’ will stop the validation/upload allowing the user to correct the data in the sheet before continuing.
