The Wizard provides the user with the ability to enter one or multiple Pricing Modifier(s) directly into the worksheet and download the modifier(s) which meet the criteria:
1. On your worksheet enter one or multiple values in the ‘Modifier Number’ or ‘Modifier Name’, and ‘Product Value’ column, to define the records to be downloaded.
Note – When using the ‘Download using sheet data’ option in the Wizard, the ‘Default Values’ row (Row 7) is not used.
2. Using your cursor (as illustrated above) highlight the records to be downloaded.
3. On the Pricing Modifiers Wizard ribbon, select the ‘Download’ icon and select ‘Download using sheet data’.
4. The following ‘Download Selected’ form will display:
Display – Select the option which meets your requirement as follows:
Current –The lines which are effective at the date specified will be downloaded into your worksheet.
Current and Future – The lines which are effective at the date specified and any date in the future will be downloaded into your worksheet.
All – All line information, present, past and future, will be downloaded into your worksheet.
Date – This is the date which will be used by the ‘Display’ option selected.
5. When the ‘Display’ and ‘Date’ options have been selected, select the ‘Download’ button to execute the download or select the ‘Cancel’ button to return you to your worksheet.
