This set of columns provides the Material Transaction Serial Lot Number information.
First position your cursor on the row you wish to contain the Material Transaction Serial Lot Numbers. Then double-click in one of the cells to contain the values, or alternatively click on the ‘Forms’ icon and select ‘Material Transaction Item Serial Lot’ from the Material Transaction Wizard ribbon.
The following form will display:
Under Serial Lot Number control, you must specify a serial number to each item you issue or receive. You choose Serial Numbers for the item Quantity to issue or receive. You can view this window only when you establish serial number control for the item you issue or receive.
The total number of serial numbers must equal the transaction quantity for lot quantity.
Once you have entered your data, click the ‘Continue’ button to transfer the information back to excel. Click the ‘Cancel’ button if you wish to revert to the old values.
