Status and Message Columns
This section will explain the purpose of the Status and Message columns that are required in the worksheet and the additional required fields.
The following columns are required to be in your worksheet:
Explanation of Status Columns
Process Status – The Process Status column reports the status of the entity being loaded. See the list of Process Status Values below and their descriptions.
Process Messages – An error or warning message may appear (after validation or upload) and relates to the loading of the entity in that row. In the case of the warning message the entity is still processed.
Process Status Values
The valid Process Status values are as follows:

Blank
|
Not loaded.

Validated
|
The transaction has been validated by the Wizard but it has NOT been inserted into the interface table.

Warning
|
All the information has been uploaded into Oracle Inventory and produced a warning message in the specific Status column for the user’s information.

Accepted
|
The transaction has been validated by the Wizard and inserted into the interface table.
|
|
Error
|
The transaction has been rejected (by either the Wizard validation or the Oracle interface programs). Refer to the ‘Process Messages’ column.
