You can use the ‘Clear Status Columns’ icon on the ribbon to clear out the Process Status and Process Messages columns for any records.
It is particularly useful if you have copied records (previously loaded) that you want to use as the basis for loading new records.
Use your cursor to select the records.
Click the ‘Clear Status Columns’ button on the Item Extension Wizard ribbon.
Your records will now have the Status/Messages information removed.
