Resource Rates can be updated or created in this mode. When creating a new Cost Type against a Resource, an already existing resource against an organization needs to be specified.
From here a Cost Type can be specified that doesn’t already exist against the resource and a Rate Or Amount can also be provided.
From this point the upload can be initiated, ensuring the process option is set to ‘Create’.
If an update of the Resource Rate is desired, all that is required is to change the rate and perform the upload with the Process Option set to ‘Update’, ensuring the record being updated already exists in Oracle, otherwise an error will occur.
