Multiple Templates

 
You may use multiple workbooks each with a different template.  As an alternative, the method described below will enable you to set up multiple templates in one workbook.
 
Create a new sheet using the ‘New Sheet’ button.  Rename this sheet with an appropriate name for the template e.g. Template – Match Inv to PO.  Make changes to this worksheet as required e.g. remove columns and add formulas.
 
Repeat these steps until you have the desired number of template worksheets.
 
If you use the ‘New Sheet’ button you will get a new worksheet based on ‘Template123’.    However, if you use Excel’s copy worksheet functionality, you can create worksheets based on your customized template worksheets:
 
1.      Right click over the Template worksheet name.  Select ‘Move or Copy’.
 
2.      Check the check-box ‘Create a Copy’.  Click on the ‘OK’ button.
 
3.      Rename the worksheet as required.
