When the concurrent request has completed the Wizard needs to have the status columns updated to reflect the current state of the journals you are importing.
This is a manual process that can be run by clicking the 'Refresh Interface Status' button on the ribbon.
As the standard Oracle Journal Import process will ultimately decide how to create the batches and journals it also appends additional information to the names. You will be prompted during the 'Refresh Interface Status' process whether you would like to refresh any of your batch and journal names with the new Oracle General Ledger values:
Selecting 'Yes' will update the batch and journal names where they haven't already been refreshed in the sheet. Previous batch and journal names that exist in the worksheet will not be updated. Selecting 'No' means the names as they exist in the worksheet will remain.
When the 'Refresh Interface Status' process completes it will display the successfully processed records as Green and Rejected as Red with the line error message as appropriate.
