Format Sheet

 
Initially ‘Template123’ will contain all columns available using the Wizard.  You can however modify this to create a customized sheet with a reduced number of columns displayed in the order that you prefer.
 
Use the ‘Format Sheet’ button on the ribbon to display/hide the ‘Template123’ worksheet.  This Template will display all columns for all the Modes.
 
 
When the ‘Format Sheet’ button is selected the Template will be hidden or shown. 
 
The following message box will display:
 
 
Template123 sheet has all the available columns on the sheet.  A user can modify the form and new sheets are created based on this format.
 
You can move, hide and delete unwanted columns.  The order of the columns is not important but column names are, and they must be stored in Row 9.  This section is common to all of our tools. 
 
Template123 is for the workbook only (does not save to the database).

Once you have completed the changes to the ‘Template123’ worksheet, click the ‘Format Sheet’ button again to hide the sheet to prevent unwanted updates. 
 
Users can then click on the ‘New Sheet’ button and the new layout based on the updated Template123 sheet will be displayed. 
 
Customize Logo
 
You can change the existing More4apps logo on the template so that new sheets created have your Company Logo automatically created.

From this point on, all new sheets created using the ‘New Sheet’ button on the ‘GL Wizard’ ribbon, will use the new logo.
