GL Wizard supports the following Descriptive Flexfields:
•Journal Lines in the 'Lines Descriptive Flexfields' section
•Tax Invoice in the 'Tax Invoice DFF' section
The Context column and DFF columns 1 through to 10 are available for Journal Lines. The Context and relevant Tax columns are available for Tax Invoice lines.
All of these columns are optional and can be removed.
Open the appropriate form for entering Descriptive Flexfield information by clicking the 'Descriptive Flexfield' button on the ribbon (as per screenshot below), or by double-clicking in the applicable Descriptive Flexfield section on the sheet.
Note – If you would like to import your DFF’s, you will need to select ‘With Validation’ or ‘Without Validation’ in the Import Journals form.
