The extra (ie not allowed) segments being ignored e.g. in a two segment category this value should be invalid (BUILDING-OFFICE-BLUE) but the value blue would be ignored for validation.
Fixed bugs with false delimiters. Would cause the same problem as 1 above.
Fixed bug where the segment escape character was being stripped out of the value.
