Now setting Language on Login: Language for the user is now being set from user's EBS preferences irrespective of what is chosen on the Browser Login page.
EBS Framework patch problem: In EBS 12.2.6 a framework patch has stopped us from being able to select a language in the browser login page.
Note - It is a framework patch so it is not specific to an EBS version. We have only seen it in 12.2.6. But a customer could choose to install this patch against a 12.2.4 environment.
The framework patch has changed the languages list in the EBS browser login form to be displayed in a drop down box. The web browser control that VBA uses doesn’t work
properly with this dropdown, meaning you can’t select/change a language.
We are seeing customers being logged in with the wrong language and not being able to change this.
Corrected package details in Wizard log - Spec had the body version and the body had the spec version number.
