Missing Section/Row Data
All the rows related to one Sales Order need to be structured so that there are no blank rows between any of the records for that Order. See the below illustration for an example of incorrect format.
Note: Some columns have been hidden in this example
A Sales Order is being created with two lines. However, row 62 has no data. As the intention is to upload all these sections for the same Order, the wizard will see row 62 as a new order as it has no data in the preceding row and error with ‘Lines record in row 63 is orphaned. Possible causes include a missing Orders record or blank row gap(s) above the current record.’ as it expects order information.
Note: The section references in this error are dynamic, depending on the sections in question.
To resolve this error, either:
a) Remove the blank row if the below data is intended to be linked to the Order above.
b) Populate the missing section data if this is a new parent row.
