To upload special information for employees/contingent workers you first need to select a ‘Validate Option’ on the Special Information Wizard ribbon. The choices are:
Validate only– Use this option to validate the information in the worksheet. No records will be inserted into Oracle Human Resources.
Validate and Upload– Use this option to validate and upload the information into Oracle Human Resources.
There are three ways of selecting which Employee’s Special Information will be Validated/Uploaded.
