Upload a Single Employee

 
To upload special information for a single employee, place your cursor in a cell on a row containing the employee you wish to validate/upload.  The column selected is not important.
 
Select the ‘Validate Option’ of either ‘Validate only’ or ‘Validate and Upload’ from the ribbon.
 
Click the ‘Upload’ button and select ‘Upload Selected’ on the ribbon.
 
 
The Special Information for this Employee will be validated/uploaded.
