Enter Requisitions

 
The Requisition Wizard worksheet is separated into Header, Lines and Distribution sections.
 
There are three ways to populate information in the worksheet:
 
a)     Import a file, type or paste data directly into the cells provided.  No validation is performed until you run the upload or open the data-entry forms.
 
b)     Use the data-entry forms (Requisition Header, Requisition Line and Requisition Distributions) to enter the data into the worksheet.  Information is validated and lists of values are available.

c)      Download lines from existing Templates, Requisitions, Quotations or Purchase Orders by using one of the following options: 
 
(i)        Download data via Download form
(ii)       Download data via Spreadsheet selection
(iii)      Download data using the Custom Query ribbon
 
You can then use one of the methods above to update information prior to loading into Oracle.
