Descriptive Flexfields (DFF’s)Routing Wizard allows you to upload and download Descriptive Flexfield information for the Revisions, Routings, Operations, Operation Resources, and Alternate Resources.
To avoid ‘bloating’ the worksheet, Routing Wizard Default template shows only Context, Attribute1, Attribute15 for each section DFF.
The remaining Descriptive Flexfield Structures have been implemented; these are available for selection by using the ‘Manage Templates’ functionality.
![]() The fields on the worksheet will display as follows and the user can enter data directly into the worksheet.
![]() For each Descriptive Flexfield there will be a Context column and many Attribute columns available.
Each section form has a ‘DFF’ tab for data-entry and validation. The Wizard can validate each field and provide lists of values according to your DFF set up.
