Download using Sheet Data
Data can be entered directly into the worksheet and used as a basis to download the records which meet the entered criteria.
On your worksheet enter values in the appropriate column(s), as indicated below by red inverted triangles, to define the records to be downloaded. Partial searches can be done in the sheet by using the percent value.
All other criteria (available for this method of download, as indicated below by red inverted triangles) appears as a separate column in the worksheet. Where multiple columns are entered, then only records which are true for all criteria will be downloaded into your workbook. In the below example, a partial search is being run in Batch Mode on transactions that start with ‘40’ for Customer Number 1001
Note - All of the criteria must be on the same line.
Records will be downloaded into your worksheet based on the criteria entered on your worksheet. This includes header and line data.
Note: Some of the download criteria differs between the form and the sheet.
