Batch Source

A Batch Source must be entered in cell B6 for each worksheet.  Double-click and choose the appropriate value from the List of Values.

If this is not populated the following message will appear when performing any actions that require Oracle to be called:

You can then select the appropriate Batch Source and continue.

By default, all Transaction Batch Sources are displayed in either the ‘Batch Source Name’ List or the ‘Batch Source’ pop-up dialogue as illustrated below:

Auto Invoice Options do not apply, as transactions are created using API's; therefore there is no requirement to run the 'AutoInvoice' concurrent program.

The 'Grouping Rule' is ignored as this is controlled by the lines and distributions you assign to each invoice header.  Similarly line ordering is controlled by the 'Line Item' assigned to each line in the worksheet and not the 'Line Ordering Rule' in Receivables.

Revenue Account Allocation settings are ignored.  The API will send what is entered in the Wizard and derive the other figure i.e. If only Amount is entered, the percentage will be calculated based on Line Total Amount and Revenue Amount entered.

Sales Credit settings are ignored.  The API will send what is entered in the Wizard and derive the other figure i.e. If only Percent is entered, the amount will be calculated based on Line Total Amount and the Sales Credit percent entered.
