Every worksheet will be created with a ‘Status’ and ‘Error’ column for each section.
The ‘Status’ is used to record the status for each record and section. The ‘Status’ may be:
Status
Status Explanation
Blank
Prior to running the validate/upload process.
Updated
All the information for this record has been updated into Oracle Projects.
Loaded
All the information for this record has been successfully created and loaded into Oracle Projects.
Error
All the information for this record has not been successfully loaded into Oracle Projects.
Deleted
All the information for this record has been deleted from Oracle Projects.
The ‘Error’ column is used to record any warning or error messages resulting from the Validate/Upload process e.g. ‘The Template does not have entry for Key Members’.
Note - AMG may come back with errors during the upload process which may not be detected during validation by the worksheet. In this case the entire project will NOT be uploaded, even if only one task is to blame.
In the following example, one project record was rejected with the message ‘Template does not have entry for Key Members’. All other records were successfully processed.
