To download existing Project information, place the cursor somewhere in the sheet below row 9. Data will be downloaded at this point, pushing all existing rows downwards. Select the ‘Download via Form’ button from the ribbon.
The following form will display, providing you with criteria to select the appropriate projects to be downloaded.
You can now either enter a Project in the ‘Project’ field or enter criteria for the download into the other fields, but not both. Once a ‘Project’ has been entered the other search fields will be disabled as illustrated.
If you wish to change your search criteria but the fields are grey, click the ‘Clear’ button and this will clear all selection criteria entered previously.
Multiple Project Numbers
If you have a list of specific Project Numbers which you wish to download, then enter the Project Numbers in the ‘Project Number List’ field. You can either enter the Project Numbers manually with a comma separator, or copy and paste a list in comma delimited format.
Data to be Downloaded
Using the check boxes in the bottom section of this form allows the user to choose what type of data will be downloaded. As you can see sections can be included or excluded from the download by selecting the appropriate sections.
For Billing Overrides there is also the choice to select more specific criteria for download. Click on the beside the ‘Include Billing Overrides’ checkbox and the following form will display:

Once the criteria has been entered click on the ‘Download’ button.
When the download has completed, the following message will appear:
The project data has now been downloaded and can be used to modify the existing Project or used as the template to create a new Project.
