User Forms – Standard Pricing Agreements Mode

In this mode only the Header form is used as the rest of the sections are display only. This is because lines, attributes and breaks are only viewable in the Oracle forms when working with Standard price list agreements.

The Header form will validate the information as it is being entered.

To open the form, position the cursor on a row where you want to enter the agreement information (below row 10).  Click on the ‘Form’ icon, then select ‘Header’.  Alternatively, simply double-click in any cell in the header section below row 10.

The following form will appear:

Ensure to enter the Header Upload Mode of ‘Update’ (to modify an existing Standard Agreement) or ‘Create’ (to create a new standard agreement).  Note – This column is required.

Select the ‘Ok’ button to close the form and write the information to the worksheet.

Select the ‘Cancel’ button to disregard the entries made in the form and return to the worksheet.

Note this form has three different tabs that correlate to the fields found in the Pricing Agreements module in Oracle EBS.

The form functionality is very similar to that of the Oracle Form.  Use the lists of values provided, or enter the values directly into the form.  All of the More4apps Wizard forms function in the same way.

Refer to the Oracle Order Management User Guide on setting up Standard Pricing Agreements for more information on the fields provided in Oracle.
Other forms in this mode are List Lines, Pricing Attributes and Price Breaks.  All of these forms are purely for display only purposes as they show the price list specified on the agreement. These fields cannot be modified as part of the upload as per the Oracle rules.
