This form adheres to the same fields as the Price List section in the price agreements form in Oracle EBS.
As per the More4apps standards, all fields that are shaded yellow are required. Also in order to upload a price list line the ‘Line Upload Mode’ is required.
However if no specific price list lines are being added and simply just an entire price list then all that is required is to specify the price list in the header form/section of the wizard and upload. Therefore the line section and any other sections are not required.
Customer Item: This field can be used if a Customer has been specified at the header. Items that are available against the customer will be populated in this searchable list of values.
Product Value: This field can be used to search for any item to be included on the agreement price list. However if a customer item is selected this field will default to the item based on the customer item.
Line Type: If price breaks are required on your price list you can set this field to ensure that price breaks can be included in the list. Ensure to use the value ‘Price Break Header’.
Also other fields that are not shaded yellow can be entered as desired. Fields that require numbers or dates will adhere to standard validation e.g. Non numeric characters, date formats and effective dates not being after effective to dates.
