Download using Sheet Data

 
For this method, criteria must be entered into the spreadsheet against the field (column) you are filtering by e.g.  If you want to download all standard agreements that have a specific price list, enter the Price List Name in the sheet.
 
 
Click the ‘Download’ icon and select ‘Download using sheet data’.  This will initiate a download using the criteria that has been specified in the spreadsheet.
 
 
Fields available as filters in the ‘Standard Price List’ mode include:
 
•      Agreement Name
•      Customer
•      Cust Number
•      Purchase Order
•      Price List Name
 
In the ‘Agreement Price List’ mode the following fields are available:
 
•      Agreement Name
•      Customer
•      Cust Number
•      Purchase Order
•      Price List Name
•      Product Value
